Uncle Mike and Aunt Denise sent Wee baby some precious Easter presents!  It was so sweet and everything in the Easter box was so much fun!  I was looking for some sweet spring dresses, but didn’t find any that I loved, until I opened this box!  :-)  Thanks so much y’all!  Wee Baby loves everything!

We walked up to the front desk in the lobby to get her package and we opened it right there in front of everyone.  We saw the chicken and I pressed the little wing and it started going off!  lol  It was so crazy and loud and everyone started laughing.  It is so cute the way it jumps around!  I’ll get a video of Mariella playing with it this week and post it..   so much fun!

After much practice and hard work…  Wee Baby rolled over tonight!  Over the last week or so, every time she had tummy time, I took out the camera so I can capture the first roll!  And tonight she did it!   I am so proud of her!  And I cried too..  I just can’t believe she rolled over!  Next crawling, walking, talking, ….  oh the life ahead of me…. the beautiful life filled with wonderful moments with Wee Baby and Daddy.  I love my little family!

Mariella and I were sitting on the sofa talking about her boobie snacks.  lol That is what I call her breast milk.  I was telling her that Mommy was going to start weening her off of the breast and that she would get more formula.  Well at first she was startled..  and was like whoa Ma are you serious?  Hahahaa..    But then she understood and thanked me for giving her more than 3 months of the golden liquid.

Anywho, I took this picture of her while we were talking.  The natural sun light was coming through the windows and touching her beautiful face.   It really made her blue eyes pop!  Most of the photos I take of her don’t capture the blue of her eyes.  But this one did!  So pretty!

The third and fourth pictures show Wee Baby waking up from a nap.  So Sweet!  :-)  She is such a doll!

Mariella has a wonderful new safe place to hangout! Big thanks to Mike and his family for sending Wee Baby a big beautiful play yard!  Complete with bassinet and teddy bear mobile!    awwww..   Mareilla was stretched out in there and looking around all wide eyed and full of curiosity.  She loved watching the teddy bears rotate about.

Mariella must have had a tummy ache.  She was not comfortable laying on her back in her cradle.  I tried 4 times getting her to sleep and placing her in her cradle and she was not having it.  She was only comfortable when I held her on her side.  So I grabbed the bumby pillow and laid her on her side between mommy and daddy.  I had my hand around her and placed on her back so I could feel her move.  She slept for 4 hours… and I did not… lol I kept watching her to make sure she didn’t squirm down or turn her head into the pillow.  She slept so well!  I was so tired in the morning… wish I could have had some caffeine.

When Daddy came home, he showered Wee baby with love and kisses and Wee Baby kissed him back!  awww so sweet!

In the mean time, she is enjoying the bouncer from her Godparents. 

Hope everyone is enjoying the Christmas season!  Pat and I received the most amazing Christmas present……..  and her name is Wee Baby Mariella!

This morning was the first morning I took Mariella out with out Pat….  and shame on me for not knowing how to work the car seat!  That took an extra 15 minutes!   We were late for our appointment, but at least now I know how to operate the car seat and the stroller.  Mee Maw, Paw Paw, Nanny and I were all like what the heck is wrong with this car seat????  LOL   ah well all is good now!

And I couldn’t let a day go by with out taking some pictures!  :-)   Notice the adorable “elf in training” green outfit she is wearing!  It was a Christmas present from Amy, Stephanie and Stephen, how cute is that? 

Any day now ~ any day now I will go into LABOR! Hard to believe…  seems like last week I just found out I was pregnant!  Time flies  when you are bare foot and pregnant!  “Pat bring me some bon bons, my soap opera just came on!” LOL

ahhhh soon Wee Baby will be here.  Soon our lives will never ever be the same.  Soon we will get to see and hold little Mariella.   :P  I get butterflies just thinking about it!

Last night I experienced a couple braxton hicks contractions…   it was interesting, not painful just unconfortable, but I think my body is preparing and gearing up for the real thing. 

I been sleepy ~ tired throughout the day ~ but besides being tired and the occasional back pain….  things  have been going nicely! My belly is gigantic! At Target last week, someone asked “are you expecting twins?“  hahahaha  I said yes….  then no.  That made me feel really big!  Well not as big as when I heard Denise over the phone talking to Pat…  when She saw my picture..  she said “that’s a huge F**king baby!”  LOL I heard her from across the room!
